Magna-Power Electronics, a worldwide leader in programmable DC power products, announced the addition of Michael Williams in the role of Director of Sales. Williams joins Magna-Power as a proven force in the electronics industry, with extensive sales and representative management experience.
In this role, Williams is responsible for working with Magna-Power’s 40+ United States sales representatives and distributors to enrich the sales process for the company’s industrial DC power products. “Michael’s experience, education, and technically-rooted sales focus is strategically aligned with Magna-Power’s business model,” said Adam Pitel, Vice President of Operations. “He joins Magna-Power as the company is bringing its MagnaLOAD DC electronic loads to market, ushering in the next generation of Magna-Power products.”
With over 10 years of experience, his interest has been in sales management, driving customer and application development in the Industrial, Commercial, and Automotive market places. “I'm thrilled to join the Magna-Power team at this exciting time,” said Michael. “With the introduction of the MagnaLOAD offering, MagnaLINK™ distributed DSP architecture, and added sales and technical resources, Magna-Power is poised for significant growth in the programmable DC power market." He has extensive experience in passive components, and high-power semiconductor switching components. Williams received the B.S degree and M.S degree in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
