Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request
Return Instructions:
Unit must be packed well, using the original packaging materials, and returned freight prepaid
and insured, using an acceptable carrier. DO NOT SHIP VIA UPS, FEDEX GROUND, OR COMMON
CARRIER. The RMA number must be on the outside of the box. No units will be accepted without a
RMA number assigned by Magna-Power. Magna-Power will make arrangements to supply packaging
material, if needed.

BAX Global, DHL, or FedEx Express

By submitting this form, I agree to follow the above return instructions and understand that if I return a unit to Magna-Power Electronics for repair either inproperly packed or via a carrier not listed above as acceptable, I will be responsible for all charges associated with repairing any damage incurred in transit. These terms will apply
to all power supplies, whether in or out of warranty.
