Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request

All products and parts shipped to Magna-Power must be authorized. By submitting this form, you agree you have have read and accept both the following return instructions and the Magna-Power Electronics Warranty Policy.

Ensure the return unit is packaged well, using the original packaging materials, and returned freight prepaid and insured using a recommended carrier. Failure to do so may result in transit damage, which will not be covered under warranty. The RMA number must be on the outside of the box. No units will be accepted without a RMA number assigned by Magna-Power. Magna-Power will make arrangements to supply packaging material, if needed. Transportation by ocean vessel will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Magna-Power's preferred shipping carrier is FedEx Ground for the SL Series products and FedEx Freight for all other products. Other acceptable carriers include: New Century, Old Dominion, Pitt Ohio, Alcrest, Yellowstone, Schelei Dray Line, Capitol Logistics, A. Duie Pyle, Northern American Van Lines, United Van Lines, Landstar, R&L Carriers, Estes, or other approved air-ride service. Air-ride service is strongly recommended for MS Series and MT Series products.

By returning your power supply to Magna-Power Electronics, you agree to follow the above return instructions and understand that if you return a unit to Magna-Power Electronics for repair that is damaged in transit, you will be responsible for all charges associated with repairing this transit damage. These terms will apply to all power supplies, whether in or out of warranty.
